Guylain Roy-MacHabée – President and CEO

Guylain holds a Masters EE and has 25 years sales, business development and operating experience in public and private high technology companies, including Ericsson, NorTel, PCS Wireless, Broadband Networks, Global Locate. He’s held senior executive roles in private and public companies, including President of TML Ventures and several years as Vice President with Intrinsyc Software (TSX:ICS). An avid sailor and Past Commodore of an international offshore sailing association, Guylain has been involved in the mobile GPS space since the early days of mobile data.

Michael Longinotti – Chief Financial Officer

Mike is a CPA with 20 years financing and operations in public companies. Most recently, he was CFO of Silent Witness (TSX:SWE) during the sale to Honeywell, and previously was treasurer and controller for Cominco (TSX:TEK), a $1.6B revenue mining company.

Peter holds a B.A.Sc. Geotechnical Eng. degree. Peter brings 20 years of wireless product management, operations and standards development experience with Ericsson Communications, TML Ventures and Syndesis. Peter held various senior roles, including CTO, COO and Director Mobile Data.

A BCIT Data Communications graduate, Chris brings 10 years software design experience in high availability, real-time wireless mobile systems, including mapping and GPS solutions. He was a Senior Software Engineer at Mobile Data Solutions, Inc (MDSI) and Itron Inc.
